By accessing this website and registering for an Arsenal Soccer Camps USA program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All registrations are for scheduled events and are non-transferable without prior written approval.
• Arsenal Soccer Camps USA reserves the right to modify schedules, locations, coaches, or program details if necessary.
• Participation in any camp is subject to acceptance of the Participant Agreement and Code of Conduct.
• Arsenal Soccer Camps USA is not responsible for injuries beyond applicable insurance coverage and assumes no liability for personal belongings.
• Failure to comply with camp rules or staff instructions may result in dismissal without refund.
• All fees are charged in USD unless otherwise stated.
• All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State in which the camp is held, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By completing a registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
