Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
All purchases made through Arsenal Soccer Camps USA are registrations for scheduled sports camps and events. These purchases are not physical goods.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to contact@arsenalusacamps.com.
Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:
• Cancellations requested more than 30 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, minus a non-refundable processing fee.
• Cancellations requested between 15 and 30 days prior to the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to the camp start date are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or missed days.
All processing fees and payment provider fees are non-refundable.
In the event that a camp is cancelled by Arsenal Soccer Camps USA, participants will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future camp.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process.
